The Women of Royalty Conference 2026 is a powerful three-day experience designed to empower women to move beyond faith as a concept and step fully into faith in action.

This year’s theme, “The Royal Assignment,” calls every woman to rise, take responsibility for her purpose, and actively walk in what God has called her to do.

This is more than a conference, it’s a call to action.

Conference Schedule

Friday, May 15 – Opening Night

Workshop: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Night Service: 7:00 PM

Theme Focus: “Built for Such a Time as This” (Esther 4:14)

Begin the conference with empowerment workshops followed by a powerful night of worship and the Word.

Saturday, May 16 – Career Readiness Workshop

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Co-sponsored by the Business & Professional Women’s Federation
This interactive workshop is designed to equip women with the tools needed to succeed professionally.

The Career Readiness Workshop is a free, hands-on professional development experience designed to prepare youth and adults for today’s job market.

This community-focused event provides practical tools, real-time guidance, and personalized support to help participants confidently pursue employment opportunities and stand out to employers.

Whether you are entering the workforce, transitioning careers, or looking to sharpen your professional skills, this workshop will equip you with what you need to move forward with confidence.
